The Economy Hypalon Tie-Down 230 is a 1” D-ring and a 4.5” pad and is used to secure air bags, dry bags, camping gear. The 250 has a 1.5” D-ring and a 6.5” pad and is good for rescue rope, bailer, cargo, thigh straps. They are held in place with a polypropylene strap that is computer-sewn under a gray Hypalon apron. Two sizes are available.
