Raft Frame Fit Chart

Find your boat, then use the last three columns to configure your frame. Don't see your boat? Call us at (541) 505-9020 and we'll size it with you.

Measuring your frame:

Crossbar Width: Your frame should span "c/c" the center of one side tube to the center of the other — or slightly beyond. Frames come in 6" increments, so round up to the next size.

Side Rail Length: Match them to the flat area — the flat section on top of the outer tube.

How many Bays: 1 bay = simple rowing setup. 2 bay = day trips and overnighters, room for a cooler or seat. 3 bay = overnight to multi-day. 4 bay = full multi-day with a cooler and a dry box.

Between two sizes? Every crossbar and side rail we sell can be cut down and custom fit to your exact boat for an additional charge. If your measurement falls between two stock lengths, order the next size up and we'll trim it to fit. Just give us call!

† In-between boat. These rafts fall between our two shortest side rails. Either works — 50" rows sportier, 60" carries more. We're happy to custom cut a set to land exactly in between.

* Long side rail. These boats need a longer rail than our standard configurator list. Call us and we'll get the right length on your order.

Boat not listed? Measure it in two minutes.

1. Crossbar length:

Inflate the boat. Measure across from the center of one side tube to the center of the other. Round up to the next 6" size.

2. Side rail length:

Measure the flat section of the floor, from where the bow kick starts rising to where the stern kick starts rising. Pick the closest rail at or under that number.

Every boat is hand built and can vary an inch or two from spec, so measure your own before ordering. Send us the two numbers and we'll build the frame around them.
