Sawyer Utility Oars are crafted from high quality straight grain Douglas Fir, a wood known for it's high strength to weight ratio. This wooden oar is beautiful, light, stable and our most popular oar for fishing pontoon boats, dories, drift boats and other small craft.

Short Rope Wrap & Stop Option:

Protect your oar shafts and have better rowing control with rope-wrapped oars. We use 3/16" diameter braided nylon rope on our rope wraps for durability and ease of rowing. Rubber stops are included with this upgrade.
